In this stage, clients usually explains the project in as many details as possible for us to understand where is the starting point. Details that help us in the first contact are: 

1. What is the factory going to produce? drawings, pictures, datasheets, and technical information about the final product(s) will be very useful. 
2. What is the production capacity?
3. Is there any market study for the product? 
4. What is the product demand size in the intended market? 
5. What is the project budget size?
6. When is the factory planned to launch? 
7. How involved will Solo Majestic Inc. will be in the entire project? some clients only need machinery supply or specific services. A clear indication of our involvement would be very helpful and time-saving. 

Once the first stage is covered, Solo Majestic Inc. will start assembling a team to handle the case. The ideal team will be as follows: 

1. Operations Manager.
2. Supply Chain Manager.
3. Factory Design Manager. 
4. Factory Manager (For Training). 
5. Logistics Company. 
6. Legal Consultant. 

Each firm and individual will have a specific role in the project managed by chain-tasks with deadlines to achieve the best outcome. Meetings will be held depending on the stage of the project and individuals will participate only in the meetings in which they have direct involvement in executing.  Each firm and individual will be bound by a confidentiality agreement and/or a contract with Solo Majestic Inc.  The project owner will be bound by a contract with Solo Majestic Inc. stating all terms and conditions in the given project. 

Depending on the project size and capacity, Solo Majestic Inc. will study the budget and compare it with the expected cost of the entire project. Once the numbers are settled, Solo Majestic Inc. will issue an official proposal to the client and request approval/confirmation or take a further discussion until all parties are on an agreement. Estimated time for this stage around one month and the proposed offer will be as accurate as possible to achieve maximum transparency. 

Once Solo Majestic Inc. is awarded the project, the agreed point of discussion in the previous stages will be bound by a contract. In some cases, there will be a downpayment to start the project. All details will be put clearly in the contract. 

The project will launch within 5 working days after the final contract has been approved by all parties. There will be weekly meetings to cover all project details and report them to the client. Any modifications to the project during this stage must be agreed upon by all parties and an appendix to be added to the original contract. The official communication channel is via email.
